Description

I have 3 users in the "Super Moderator" group. I selected the "Super Moderator" group when making a mass mail. The total recipient count shows 2. Not 3. I have checked and double checked this many times.

I've tried this many times too, and can't replicate. I've tried users in additional groups and normal groups, and every time I see the correct number.

Please provide detailed reproduction steps. Did you have any other criteria set - such as post count or email address?

Make sure one of them hasn't unticked the option to receive emails, this is pretty much always the cause of this.
