Description

Currently only some caches have the ability of being "rebuilt". This can cause problems when switching between data cache technologies (i.e. from database -> xcache) as some caches might end up needing to be manually reloaded into the new cache technology. For those caches that don't have an ability to be rebuilt into the new cache technology, then a reload method should be offered as an alternative to "reload into the new cache technology"
