Description
Currently the links in the profile link to the Mod CP. The ACP provides extra functionality so it would be convenient to admins if that link is displayed in the profile as well.

2 issues:
1) $l['admin_options'] = "Administrator Options"; is missing in member.lang.php.
2) The setting hide_admin_links is missing in the settings.xml file.

#2) It's a config.php setting, not an ACP setting.
