Description

If the board is closed and someone enters the wrong password several times the captcha in the login form is missing.

Hi,

This bug is still present in MyBB 1.4.9, fresh install. However, the proposed fix posted by Ryan Gordon posted here fixes the problem:

Yes, 1.4.9 was a security only release, bugs pushed to next maintenance release...
