Description
- New page in the ACP & linked into Custom Mod Tools (Like when we mark threads as fixed etc)
- You could set up prefixes, and for each prefix you’d be able to select the forums it is available in and the user groups that can use it

Why don't you use a cache instead of querying the prefixes every time?
Updated by Ryan Gordon about 2 years ago
That might be a good idea but it all depends. Do we cache smilies too etc?
Updated by Chris Boulton about 2 years ago
We do - and it might be worthwhile caching them, however in the grant scheme of things it isn't really important: It's going to be a small table, and you've got an index on the prefix ID.
