Description

If you accept a post via Mod-CP -> Moderation Queue there's no entry in the moderator logs. If you accept a post via inline moderation there is such an entry.

This fix isn't working correctly. The columns "Action" and "Information" in the logs are empty (see screenshot).

It is impossible to fill in the information column since obviously you cannot narrow it down to one specific thread or forum if you can select any thread in any of the forums

If you use the inline moderation tool there's the name of the forum in the information column (see screenshot).

But you still don't understand. Using the inline moderation tool via forumdisplay.php is WITHIN A FORUM. Using it within the Mod CP is global and thus arbitrary to a specific forum or thread.

Ah, got it. But then we should display something like "N/A" instead of nothing. Apart from that the empty action column needs to be fixed, right?
